Facebook caps a Texas city library at two links
Pet food pantry group in Indianapolis was offered 20 links a month for $150

A city library in Greenville, Texas has been told it can only post two links a month on Facebook unless it pays $50 or more a month for a Meta One subscription.
Meta says its paid-links test isn't supposed to touch government or charity pages. It has anyway. A small Indianapolis group running pet food pantries was offered 20 links a month for $150, and Meta hasn't said why it was restricted.
Should councils and charities pay Facebook just to share a link?
