32 London postcodes lose power in morning blackout
Liverpool Street information boards went blank after an underground cable fault, with E8 restored by 11.32am

Around 32 postcodes across central and east London lost power on Monday morning after an underground cable fault, UK Power Networks has said.
The cut began at about 10.30am, with offices in the City among those affected. Information boards at Liverpool Street went blank, and Great Northern said some platforms at Essex Road had no lights.
Power was back in E8 and surrounding areas by 11.32am. It isn't yet confirmed whether all 32 postcodes have been restored. This is a developing story.
