Andy Burnham had one formal meeting with Manchester City chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak while he was mayor, according to the Greater Manchester Combined Authority.
It took place in October 2021 at a government investment summit. He also met Al Mubarak informally in the stands at Vincent Kompany's testimonial in 2019, as a guest of the club.
