Elon Musk ordered the slowdown of the SpaceX satellite network Ukraine uses to fly its drones, sources have told CBS News.
Musk says the US military and "ultimately POTUS" decide any limits. The White House denies involvement, and Trump says he'd like to find out who did it.
Ukrainian units reported drones losing their link at speeds as low as 90 km/h. US senators from both parties want the Pentagon's watchdog to investigate.
