Folding iPhone Duo hits UK stores Friday, but stock is limited
No walk-ins at all on launch day in France and Japan, only booked pickup slots
Apple's first foldable iPhone goes on sale in UK Apple Stores this Friday, 23 October, but walk-in stock will be "limited", the company has told MacRumors.
Apple says pre-order demand for the iPhone Duo has been "extraordinary" and expects it to sell out quickly. It opens like a book, with a 5.4-inch screen outside and a 7.6-inch one inside.
UK shoppers are luckier than some. In France and Japan there are no walk-ins on launch day, just booked pickup slots.
