Donald Trump says he asked Google to rename an ocean after him. By his account, the answer was no.
He told a South Carolina rally he went to Sundar Pichai after Google Maps switched the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America for US users. Next on his list was the Atlantic or the Pacific, as "Trump Ocean".
Google hasn't confirmed any of it. Trump then said he'd "probably pass".
If Google had said yes, would you ever call it Trump Ocean? 🌊
